More than 30 pigs have become social media stars in Cambodia. They live at a farm in Kampong Chhnang province. They slide down bright pink water slides into a pool. The farm owner started the pool to help the pigs cool down, because pigs cannot sweat.
Later, he added the slides to make the swims an attraction. The pigs get a special treat when they swim. If they do not swim, they still get their normal food. Clips of the pigs waiting in line for their turn have spread online. One visitor said the pigs swim as if they had been trained. However, some people online ask whether the activity is good for the animals.
