Seventy preschool children in Gia Lai Province now have two new classrooms. Before, they studied in the school's gymnasium. The open space had no walls between classes and little equipment. Ayun Preschool opened the new rooms on September 25. They are for children aged four and five.
Most of the students are Bahnar ethnic children. The two classrooms cover nearly 150 square meters. Workers finished them after three months of construction. The rooms cost 900 million dong, about 34,600 dollars. A charity fund and an English center paid for the project. On opening day, volunteers gave 270 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to all students.
