Since the proposed laws directly impact business conditions and citizens' rights, officials must conduct thorough constitutional reviews. PM Hung specifically highlighted tax policy coordination with land and education legislation, calling for transparent financial obligations. He also urged simplified regulations for school meal providers. Ministers were told to address feedback promptly and resolve contentious issues to secure broad parliamentary approval.
