Motorbike riders often transport sick patients and dead bodies in villages. Many riders have lost their own family members to the virus. WHO now wants to train them as health surveillance officers. They will report sick people to medical teams for quick testing. WHO is also adding 400 hospital beds and deploying 100 expert doctors.
